Daily exercise online

After being introduced to zazen, daily practice is of great importance. This integrates the zazen practice into the biorhythm and in this way the effect becomes stronger and deeper. To make daily zazen easier and to consolidate the practice, we offer an "early morning meditation" online every day between 6:30 and 8:00 am. In this meditation we sit 3 times 25 minutes. Meditating regularly online in a Zen community is a great support on our path of zazen.
